Dr Santhushya Fernando is a doctor by profession and a public health specialist. She is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Medical Humanities, Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo. She is a published author and poet, translator of poetry and a lyricist. She has previously performed at the Udaipur Storytelling Festival in India and for the Mumbai Story Tellers.
