An honours graduate in Psychology from St Xavier’s, Mumbai and University rank holder, Masters in Counselling Psychology Mumbai, Feroza is an ICF (PCC) certified coach. She has coached over 90+ unique individuals from CXOs to First time managers, Professors, Start-up founders, Tech wizards, Women Entrepreneurs, IAS officers to Pro-athletes and LGBTQI professionals. She has also designed and deployed coaching frameworks, coaching roadmaps and coaching curriculum during her stints with Dale Carnegie Training, Target and Jombay.
